🎓 Post Wise Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Bank of India Recruitment 2026 Candidates must review the post-wise qualifications and mandatory work experience. Please note that work experience is compulsory for all posts, so freshers are not eligible.
1. Scale I Posts (Junior Management Grade Scale I – 28 Vacancies)
- IT Streams (Full-Stack, App Support, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, QA & Testing):
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / ECE OR MCA (3 years) OR M.Sc. (CS/IT) with minimum 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in IT/BFSI.
- Officer Information Security:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics/Cyber Security or MCA/M.Sc.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year IT/InfoSec experience in banking/financial domain.
- Civil Engineer:
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

2. Scale II Posts (Middle Management Grade Scale II – 118 Vacancies)
- Specialist IT Roles (Full-Stack, BRE/LOS, Digital Platforms, App Support, Infra Ops, System Admin, Testing, Data Analytics, DevSecOps, UI/UX, Architecture, Database Admin):

- Law Officer:

- Security Officer:

- Senior Manager (IT Streams):

- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in IT/BFSI sector.
- Senior Manager (IT with CISA / CISM / CISSP):

- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in IT/IS Audit domain within banking/BFSI.
4. Scale IV Posts (Chief Manager – 10 Vacancies)
