• Scale-I Posts (Risk, HR, IT, Credit, Law, etc.): Candidates must hold a full-time regular Graduate or Post Graduate degree / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Law degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Relevant domain-specific post-qualification experience is required as per post guidelines.
• Scale-II Posts (Data Scientist/Analyst, Civil Engineer/Architect, Risk, Credit, Treasury, Forex, CS, Security Officer): Candidates must possess a relevant professional degree (BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA/CS/Law) with at least 60% marks along with mandatory post-qualification work experience in banking or relevant financial sectors.
• Scale-III Posts (Senior Management Specialist Officers): Professional Graduation / Post Graduation degree with minimum 60% marks and relevant years of post-qualification experience in scheduled commercial banks or financial institutions.

💰 Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Grade/Scale-I: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (Basic pay starting at ₹48,480).
• Grade/Scale-II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (Basic pay starting at ₹64,820).
• Grade/Scale-III: ₹85,920 – ₹105,280 (Basic pay starting at ₹85,920).
• Allowances & Perks: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Special Allowance, Medical Benefits, Leave Encashment, and Provident Fund according to Bank rules.
• Service Bond: Selected candidates will be required to execute an Indemnity Bond of ₹3.00 Lakhs for a minimum service commitment of 2 years.
