Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an official notification (Advt No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT) inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 389 vacancies across various Manager and Junior Executive disciplines. Candidates must fulfill the minimum qualification from a recognized university/institution as on the cut-off date (07.09.2026):

1. Manager Posts (3 Years Post-Qualification Work Experience Required)

• Manager (Civil Engineering): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + 3 years experience in Civil Engg.
• Manager (Electrical Engineering): B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + 3 years experience in Electrical Engg.
• Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / Cost Accountant / CFA + 3 years experience in Finance & Accounts (ERP/SAP knowledge).
• Manager (Information Technology): B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / Electronics OR MCA + 3 years experience in IT/Software/Database Management.
• Manager (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (registered with Council of Architecture) + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Law): Professional Law Degree (3 years regular after graduation OR 5 years integrated) eligible for Bar Council enrollment + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Fire Services): B.E. / B.Tech in Fire, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering + 3 years experience in Fire Services.
• Manager (Operations): Graduate in Science with 2-year full-time MBA OR B.E. / B.Tech + 3 years experience in Airport Operations.
• Manager (Commercial): Graduate with 2-year full-time MBA (Marketing) OR B.E. / B.Tech + 3 years experience in Marketing/Sales/Procurement.
• Manager (Corporate Planning & MS): Post Graduate in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics with Statistics, or Mathematics with Statistics + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Corporate Communications): Bachelor’s in Mass Communication / Journalism / Literature + Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Media/Mass Comm + 3 years experience.

2. Junior Executive Posts (No Experience Required)

• Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / Cost Accountant / CFA.
• Junior Executive (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3-year regular OR 5-year integrated) eligible for Bar Council enrollment.
• Junior Executive (Operations): Graduate in Science with 2-year full-time MBA OR B.E. / B.Tech Degree.
• Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil OR M.Sc in Geography / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geo-informatics / Geomatics.

💰 Salary & Pay Scale Details

AAI offers attractive remuneration under Industrial DA (IDA) pattern along with full Central PSU benefits:

⏳ Age Limit & Relaxation

Cut-off Date for Age Calculation: 07 September 2026

• Manager Posts: Maximum 32 Years
• Junior Executive Posts: Maximum 27 Years

Category-wise Upper Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST: 5 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
• PwBD Candidates: 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 5 Years
• Regular AAI Employees: Up to 10 Years

📝 Selection Process

The selection process comprises multiple stages based on the post applied for:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT):
   • Objective-type test conducted in bilingual mode (English & Hindi).
   • No negative marking for wrong answers.
2. Application Verification: Original document verification for shortlisted candidates.
3. Interview: Conducted for Manager posts (Post Codes 1 to 11).
4. Physical & Driving Tests (For Manager – Fire Services):
   • Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
   • Physical Endurance Test (PET) – Running, Casualty Carrying, Rope/Ladder Climbing
   • Driving Test (Valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License required at AV stage)
